    Pipelinish automates your customer service by leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to answer common questions about your business and products/services. This reduces your workload and filters non-converting leads, allowing you to focus on potential customers.

  2. Information Collection and Use

    Pipelinish processes messages received via WhatsApp and Instagram APIs. These messages are transmitted to third-party services, such as OpenAI and Anthropic, along with your system prompt. You can provide this prompt manually or by uploading relevant documents that inform the LLMs about your business.

    We do not store or collect these messages for future reference; they are retrieved through the mentioned APIs each time we interact with the LLM providers. Messages are used solely to provide context for accurate AI-generated responses and are not utilized to train the LLM models.

    Your system prompt is securely stored in our encrypted databases to be included as context in each interaction with third-party LLMs. Access to your system prompt is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

    We handle data from WhatsApp and Instagram APIs in compliance with their respective data handling policies. Pipelinish does not share or disclose your data with any third party, except for the LLM providers mentioned above.

  4. Data Security

    Data exchanged with WhatsApp, Instagram, Anthropic, and OpenAI APIs is transmitted over secure connections. Your system prompt is stored in encrypted databases to ensure its security.

  5. User Rights

    As only your system prompt is stored, you can access, edit, or delete it at any time through our dashboard. If you delete your account, your system prompt will be immediately removed from our databases.

    We may automatically collect certain information when you use our services, including:

    Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

    Usage Data: Pages visited, links clicked, content interactions, and the frequency and duration of activities.

    Instagram API: Used to interact with your customers by reading and responding to messages appropriately.

    WhatsApp API: Used to interact with your customers by reading and responding to messages appropriately.

    Anthropic API: Utilized to generate responses sent to WhatsApp and Instagram conversations. It processes your system prompt and messages to provide accurate replies, transforms uploaded documents into text for creating your initial system prompt, summarizes conversations, and assists in decision-making, such as determining when to escalate a conversation to a human.

    OpenAI API: Similar to the Anthropic API, it generates responses, processes system prompts and messages, transforms documents into text, summarizes conversations, and aids in decision-making, including escalation to human agents.
